Keeping costs down
All the ReStyle packages have been created to provide everything I think you'll need to make your venue look amazing for your special day. They're all aimed at the needs of different couples looking for a different level of decor on different budgets. And each one is priced to make them affordable, even to couples wanting a smaller, more intimate celebration.
I have priced all my packages per table, based on 8 guests per table. That means you only pay for what you need. I don't suck you into paying for 100 guests if you only have 60! And with prices starting at just £250 (party/celebrate/gold packages), you'll find my prices competitive and affordable. There are no hidden extras for delivery, setting up or taking down - it's all included in the prices I quote. And if your celebrations are really small and intimate (🥰), you're free to swap things about, so you can reach the minimum booking fee by adding-in a few extras and upgrades instead.
One of the key ways I keep my prices low, is by making the most of what's already included in your contract with your venue - why pay twice for something if you don't need to?! So, all my packages are based on using the white table cloths and napkins your venue will provide. So no, I don't provide colour coordinated napkins. But don't worry - I can make the tables look really stylish for you. And I have lots of other ways to bring a pop of colour into your guest tables for you.
However, if you're having a smaller, intimate celebration at a venue that doesn't provide white linens, please don't hesitate to get in touch - I may still be able to help, either by dressing the tables directly, or (subject to numbers) by providing white linens for you for a small additional charge.
BOOKING AS EASY AS 1-2-3
Booking is really simple at ReStyle.
STEP 1: Get in touch to check my availability for your date.
STEP 2: Sit back, relax and check out my treasure chest (or get in touch if you're looking for something in particular that you can't see).
STEP 3: Once you're happy to proceed, it's just a £100 refundable deposit to hold the date and arrange a free consultation at your home. Let me know what you'd like to see and I'll bring it with me - along with anything else I think might be of interest to you.
FLEXIBLE CONTRACT
Once I've met you, done that consultation and developed a clear picture of what you require, I'll send a copy of everything to you. I know how busy things get when you're planning a wedding or other big event - little things can easily be overlooked or forgotten. So, here at ReStyle, right from the outset and throughout the whole process, I keep you informed every step of the way. I keep and share with you clear written, detailed records of exactly what we've agreed. I send you cost summaries, to help with budgeting, so you're always totally clear about what I'm providing and what it's going to cost. If you're happy with everything, I'll ask you to sign a contract to confirm the booking (you can sign it at the consultation if you like, or I can leave it with you to return it to me within 14 days).
Throughout the planning process, you'll be able to continue tweaking your requirements if you wish. Where those changes have a financial impact (most don't), I'll issue a revised cost summery - keeping you informed when so much else is going on too is really important and helps you keep your planning and budgeting on track.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS TO SUIT YOU
Payments are easy and flexible with ReStyle. Once you've paid your initial deposit, there are just a couple of 'landmark' dates for installments. But, otherwise, you're free to pay as much or as little as you want, when you want.
Full and final payment (including an additional 20% 'breakages' or 'hire' deposit) is required no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding. But don't worry, I'll give you your landmark dates and explain everything in detail when we meet face to face at consultation ... and it's clearly detailed in your contract and on your cost summaries too.
AUTOMATIC DEPOSIT RETURN
Once your celebrations are finished, I'll collect the items from your venue. Assuming everything is returned in good order, I'll automatically return your breakages deposit into your nominated bank account within 14 days and send you your final invoice for your records - a little extra cash that might come in handy on your honeymoon, perhaps!
